Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at Ispat Machining. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the production team, ensuring efficient use of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines
  • MS Office skills
Work Environment:

Our manufacturing facility operates in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Language:

The primary language of communication is English.

Working Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week.
