Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to join our team at Ispat Machining. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of our manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring the effective representation of our interests.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal awareness and team player skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work in a large workload environment.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on meeting production targets and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Language

The language of work is English, and the successful candidate will be required to have excellent written and oral communication skills in this language.Working Hours

The working hours for this role are 30 to 40 hours per week, with a focus on flexibility and work-life balance.
