Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Stones Edge Landscaping Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping team, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion
  • Organize and plan the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns
  • Develop and implement maintenance standards, schedules, and programs
  • Train staff on new techniques and procedures
  • Perform snow maintenance operations, including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
Work Environment

Our team works in a variety of locations, including landscape contractor sites and various outdoor settings. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
