Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Stones Edge Landscaping Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping team, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of landscapers to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure the upkeep of our clients' properties.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including planting, pruning, and mowing.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including the installation of hardscapes and softscapes.
  • Perform snow maintenance operations, including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment

Our team works outdoors in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial properties. We require our team members to be able to work in all weather conditions and to be physically fit.
