This position is ideal for an experienced professional seeking a challenging role in business development within the healthcare services industry.

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to support and drive business initiatives for high-value client accounts. The successful candidate will work directly with key corporate clients to optimize service delivery, enhance client retention, and generate opportunities for account growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary contact for assigned strategic Canadian corporate clients,
• Deepening and expanding relationships with key client stakeholders,
• Overseeing complex cases and managing escalation processes,
• Identifying and implementing initiatives for operational efficiencies,
• Analyzing client trends and collaborating with Business Development,
• Organizing client visits and managing agendas,
• Supporting the Finance team in collections and statement of account resolutions,
• Facilitating the implementation of new clients, products, and services,
• Tracking client performance indicators and providing timely reporting,
• Developing and maintaining strong knowledge of Canadian market-specific factors,
• Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies,
• Leading a small team of account managers to enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a university degree or equivalent, 8+ years of relevant work experience, and 4+ years of B2B account management experience within a service-based environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and applicable market languages are required. The estimated salary for this position is $105,000-$115,000 per year, based on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days.
