Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality food and service standards.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and teamwork abilities.
