About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales & Lease Consultant to join our dynamic team at Mainland Ford, a part of Trotman Auto Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell vehicles and automotive products with exceptional customer service
  • Articulate vehicle selection, attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies/services
  • Complete sales documentation accurately and comprehensively
  • Stay knowledgeable on automotive products, finance options, promotions, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends
  • Develop new business opportunities in automotive sales
  • Maintain customer relationships and follow up with customers and managers

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of Sales Experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Valid VSA license required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Enjoys building relationships and has excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Outlook, Dealer Socket
