">This is a critical position that requires a professional with expertise in managing clinic operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of patient care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic, including compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

- Supervise staff, including Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) and administrative personnel, fostering a positive work environment.">
- Oversee patient scheduling and electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure accurate documentation and efficient patient flow.">
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to maintain high standards of patient care in both acute care and general practice settings.">
- Implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and improve patient satisfaction.">
- Manage budgeting processes, including monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.">
- Provide training and support for staff on medical terminology, electronic medical records systems, and other relevant tools.">
- Ensure the clinic maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients.">
Qualifications
">The successful candidate will have:

- A background in nursing or acute care; previous experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.">
- Strong knowledge of electronic medical records systems, preferably with experience using Accuro or LibreMD.">
- Familiarity with human resources management practices, including staff recruitment and performance evaluations.">
- Proficient in medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within the clinic.">
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.">
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.">
