Job Title: Event Security Specialist

This role is a key part of our commitment to excellence in guest service, ensuring the safety and security of our guests at Princess Auto Stadium.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional fan service while maintaining proper building and safety protocols.
  • Respond to requests for assistance from staff and visitors for various security issues, such as fire, medical emergencies, and more.
  • Ensure all safety and building guidelines are followed, and conduct thorough security checks.
  • Assist in crowd control and emergency situations, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Interact with the public, management, and fellow employees, providing professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
  • Enforce facility rules and regulations, providing directional assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff, including management.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
