Position Overview
- Conducting foot patrols throughout facilities, encompassing both indoor and outdoor areas
- Overseeing access control measures
- Delivering exemplary customer service
- Utilizing communication devices for coordination
- Monitoring properties and events for safety
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with clients and visitors
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours
- Capability to compose detailed reports and maintain accurate records
- Ability to follow both written and verbal directives
- Possession of a valid Manitoba Security Guard License along with prior experience in security
- Preferred ownership of a vehicle
- Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
Educational and Certification Criteria
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent GED
Possession of a valid Manitoba Security Guard License
