Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Atlas Food Services Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including cooks, food and beverage servers, and food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
