Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that food is presented attractively and safely.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required throughout the day.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as required.
