- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
