Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Three Brothers Food Service Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory, and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
