This is a senior leadership position responsible for defining and driving the business strategy for Digital Verification Technologies at Siemens. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of functional verification products, solutions, customers, competitive and market ecosystem, and be able to identify business and market opportunities to enable accelerated business growth for DVT.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for DVT, aligned with Siemens' overall goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business and market opportunities, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Collaborate with customers, account teams, distributors, internal groups, and industry experts to maximize business in the semiconductor and systems market segments.
- Effectively communicate with multiple levels of organizations, from engineers to managers, to gather requirements and promote solutions to customers.
- Drive collaboration and influence others within marketing, engineering, and sales, across divisions and with 3rd party partners.
- 20+ years of functional verification products experience, preferably in product management and strategy areas.
- A strong desire and enthusiasm for working with customers, account teams, distributors, internal groups, and industry experts.
- Ability to work with a global organization and customers.
- Domain experience in design and/or verification IP.
- Functional experience in product marketing and product management.
- Ability to implement initiatives, programs, and tactics that align to strategy.
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate.
- Knowledge of and exposure to verification tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work toward objectives rather than by task assignment.
- Willing to travel 25% of the time, including occasional international travel.
- Experience in both field and divisional organizations, understanding both perspectives.
- Experience in the sales process of complex systems, understanding the elements of selling.
- Familiarity in product lifecycle management, including Crossing the Chasm from early adoption into the mainstream.
This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.
