Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
- Post-graduate course in ICU nursing or equivalent experience.
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
- Active participation in professional associations, such as the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM).
- Annual BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration.
- Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
