We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Original Joe's Whitecourt. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry. You will be expected to establish efficient work schedules, requisition supplies, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing Work Schedules: Create and implement effective scheduling systems to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Staff Supervision: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage servers, as well as working groups, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing changes as necessary.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent oral communication skills.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $40,000-$50,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and industry standards.
