Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and train staff to meet the needs of our restaurant
  • Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
