The successful candidate will oversee daily operations in our food service establishment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and meeting high-quality standards. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating activities, and managing inventory to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing work schedules to meet business demands and maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
  • Requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation;
  • Sourcing, training, and mentoring a team of food service staff to ensure they possess excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of sanitation procedures, and effective time management;
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns promptly;
  • Preparing and submitting reports, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, and collaborating with other departments to drive growth and innovation;

Requirements and Qualifications
