Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing work schedules to meet business demands and maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
- Requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation;
- Sourcing, training, and mentoring a team of food service staff to ensure they possess excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of sanitation procedures, and effective time management;
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns promptly;
- Preparing and submitting reports, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, and collaborating with other departments to drive growth and innovation;

Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this position, you should possess:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including free parking and opportunities for professional development.
