Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a qualified French Language Instructor to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a part-time French Language Instructor to work with students of various skill levels, from Grade 9 to 12. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spoken and written French and English, as well as experience teaching French language and culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach French language and culture to students of various skill levels
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors to ensure a cohesive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Grades 9-12 French core curriculum
