The Senior Financial Operations Analyst will be responsible for order-to-cash operations, including invoicing, cash and collections activities. This role will have both short-term and long-term impact on financial transactions, ensuring timely payments from valued partners.



Job Description


This position involves daily reconciliation of payments and customer accounts to optimize financial transactions and systems. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with clients regarding past-due accounts and maintain strong relationships with them.



Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Reconcile payments and customer accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Communicate with clients regarding past-due accounts to strengthen relationships and drive timely payments.
  • Manage the company's finances inbox to answer customer and sales inquiries regarding customer receivables and new customer onboarding.
  • Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process by identifying areas of performance improvement.
  • Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
  • Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records, including aging, credits, collections, and miscellaneous differences.
  • Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits, updating cash receipt logs, and posting cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients.
  • Prepare analytical and ratio analysis for management to understand collection efforts' progress and report results.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ad-hoc reporting as required.


Position Requirements:



  • At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related roles.
  • Familiarity with basic finance principles, accounting, and bookkeeping concepts.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail skills.
  • Able to operate and prioritize tasks in a high-volume, tech-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite is an advantage.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Ability to drive process improvements.


Compensation Package:


We offer a competitive salary range between $70,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
