Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Specialist II to join our team at Schlumberger Canada Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing safe, accurate, and on-time product and service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe and compliant operations at well sites, job locations, or plants while rigging up and down equipment.
  • Operate valves, both manual and hydraulic, and install wellhead components, including hangers, slips, and seal assemblies.
  • Work with other services, including drilling rigs, service rigs, and Frac operations, to deliver exceptional results.
  • Use a laptop and apps to complete safety records and reports, and participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
  • Engage with customers to promote company products and services, and mentor others as required.
  • Meet the requirements for a High School Diploma or GED, and have 1-3 years of oilfield experience, with previous experience in wellhead installation being an asset.
Requirements
  • Self-starter with mechanical aptitude and analytical thinking skills.
  • Clean driving record with full Class 5 non-GDL.
  • Ability to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship.
