About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Field Service Specialist II. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring safe and compliant operations at well sites, and promoting company products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attain excellence in learning and competency events to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Ensure safe and timely operations at well sites, job locations, or plants while rigging up and down equipment.
  • Operate valves, both manual and hydraulic, to maintain efficient and safe operations.
  • Install wellhead components, including hangers, slips, and seal assemblies, to ensure reliable and safe well operations.
  • Operate accumulators, grease skids, and lubricators to maintain equipment and ensure safe operations.
  • Collaborate with other services, including drilling rigs, service rigs, and Frac operations, to achieve common goals.
  • Use a laptop and apps to complete safety records and reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Engage with customers to promote company products and services, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Mentor and support colleagues as required, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Meet the minimum educational requirements, including a High School Diploma or GED, and possess relevant oilfield experience, preferably with wellhead installation experience.
  • Be a self-starter with strong analytical thinking skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hold a clean driving record with a full Class 5 non-GDL license.
  • Be eligible to legally work and reside in Canada without sponsorship.
