About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Specialist II to join our team at Cameron. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing safe, accurate, and on-time product and service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attain excellence in learning and competency events to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure safe, timely, and compliant operations at the well site, job location, or plant while rigging up and down equipment.
  • Operate valves, both manual and hydraulic, to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Install wellhead components, including hangers, slips, and seal assemblies, to ensure proper well site operations.
  • Operate accumulators, grease skids, and lubricators to maintain equipment and ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with other services, including drilling rigs, service rigs, and Frac operations, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Use a laptop and apps to complete safety records and reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Engage with customers to promote company products and services, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Mentor others as required, sharing knowledge and expertise to develop a high-performing team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in well site operations, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions, as required.
