We are seeking a skilled and dedicated PSW Clinical Instructor to join our team at CIMT College.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified instructor to teach our PSW Clinical Instructor program. This program is registered with the Ministry of Colleges and Universities. The successful candidate will be required to follow CIMT College's policies and procedures.
Courseware, resources, evaluations, and daily lesson plans are provided in an Instructor Manual. The Instructor is responsible for following the provided instructor manuals and using the resource materials to train students with the required knowledge and skills to prepare them for employment in the field.
CIMT College values professional conduct and excellence in classroom instruction, with primary emphasis on hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the field and deliver engaging lectures.
- Instruct curriculum using only pre-authorized and provided materials.
- Develop and implement teaching strategies to cater to diverse learners.
- Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently.
- Provide constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain accurate attendance records.
- Ensure classrooms are left clean and orderly after each class.
- Support the admissions team with potential students' inquiries.
- Participate in scheduled meetings and events.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information.
- Stay current in the subject matter through ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrate teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional business attire and demeanor.
- Computer skills and ability to adapt to online teaching platforms.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
