Job Summary

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to lead our Financial Risk Management team in Toronto, Canada. As a Director of Stress Testing Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of stress testing tools and capabilities, prioritizing changes and strategic/tactical recommendations to ongoing enhancements.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial risk management, with at least 5 years of experience in corporate treasury or risk management. They will also possess advanced analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, as well as expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Python, SAS, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute stress testing tools and capabilities
- Prioritize changes and strategic/tactical recommendations to ongoing enhancements
- Maintain deep understanding of ICAAP regulatory expectations across the Caribbean with specific focus in Trinidad and Tobago, The Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Barbados, and the Dutch Caribbean
- Lead the production of Stress Testing results covering the impacts on capital, liquidity, and management action under various stress scenarios

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Behavioral Economics, or other quantitative field of study
- Strong leadership and relationship competencies
- Experience developing concise and impactful executive-level reports, presentations, and other deliverables
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Python, SAS, and SQL
- Strong understanding of banks' balance sheets, P&L, and capital
