Biryaniwalla Indian Cuisine is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in the preparation of authentic and delicious biryani dishes.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced chef who can manage kitchen operations, plan menus, and estimate food requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine food portion sizes and costs
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Attention to detail
- Fast-paced environment
- Physically demanding
- Repetitive tasks
- Standing for extended periods
- Work under pressure
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Free parking is available on site.
