Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2736809 Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient service delivery
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training and development
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage to ensure accurate inventory management
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns as needed
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
- Fluency in English
