Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TANDOORI TIME INC. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in food services
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
