At Harry Rosen, we're seeking a skilled Clothing Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personalize the shopping experience for our clients, providing expert advice on menswear and luxury fashion.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a cohesive and engaging shopping environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales-related customer service experience in a retail or luxury environment.
- Strong passion for connecting with others and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive store culture.
- Desire to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology systems.
