Job Title: Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor with the Armani Group, you will be part of a dynamic team who will work together to drive sales and provide an exceptional client experience that represents the brand.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading fashion and luxury goods group as a Client Advisor. You will be responsible for assisting in the execution of merchandising and client relationship strategies, developing a client base, driving store revenue, and shaping the brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of merchandising and client relationship strategies
  • Develop a client base and drive store revenue
  • Shape the brand experience
  • Operate with integrity, have a strong team mindset, and be results-driven
Requirements
  • Preferred retail experience in a similar position
  • High School diploma/GED preferred
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team
  • Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred
  • Mandarin and Cantonese are considered a strong asset
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
