Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor with the Armani Group, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience that embodies the brand's values of timeless elegance and natural sophistication.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the execution of merchandising and client relationship strategies to drive sales and shape the brand experience.
- Develop a client base and drive store revenue through daily presence on the sales floor.
- Provide the highest level of service and share product knowledge to clients.
- Operate with integrity, have a strong team mindset, and be results-driven.
- Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
- High School diploma/GED preferred.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
- Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred.
- Mandarin and Cantonese are considered a strong asset.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
