Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Painter and Decorator Helper at Flames Art Painting. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting our painters and decorators with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and cleaning up construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, forms, and other construction equipment
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites
  • Assist painters and decorators with various tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Reliability, flexibility, and strong communication skills
Work Environment

Our team works in a variety of locations, including industrial, commercial, and residential construction sites. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment. You must be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads.
