Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in all areas and be responsible for all primary duties when the Store Manager is not present.
Key Responsibilities- Manage talent and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee all store operations, including sales, inventory management, and expense control.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security rules and procedures.
- Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.

The position requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and lifting moderately heavy items. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation. May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, and odors upon occasion.
