Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct performance reviews to ensure that all staff members are meeting their goals and objectives
* Cost products and services to ensure that we are getting the best value for our customers
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand
* Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries
* Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers
* Lead and instruct individuals to ensure that they are performing their duties to the best of their abilities
* Provide excellent customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience
* Perform administrative tasks to ensure that all paperwork and records are up to date
* Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to ensure that everything is running smoothly
Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
* Valid driver's license and own vehicle
* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, reliability, and a positive attitude
