Restaurant Manager Job Description
Turnaround Foods Ltd is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our food service operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Cost products and services to optimize profitability and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and maintain a clean work environment.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as managing schedules and payroll.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, reliability, and a positive attitude.
