The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also establish and implement policies and procedures, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and a proven track record of providing excellent support to senior staff. They will be highly organized, efficient, and able to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
