Job Title: Senior Vice President Manufacturing

Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Manufacturing to lead their operations team. As a key member of the executive management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production and quality of products to meet market demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operations team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance and servicing of production equipment to minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality processes
  • Develop and implement systems to minimize waste and optimize production processes
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, process management, and related fields
  • Experience in implementing best practices in operations, quality systems, and engineering in multi-plant environments
  • Significant change management and business transformation experience
  • Project management experience beneficial
