About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Organizational Change Management Expert to join our esteemed faculty at the University of Ottawa. As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of organizational development by guiding students through the complexities of change within diverse business environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate engaging classroom discussions on strategic change management principles and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver insightful lectures, workshops, and seminars that equip students with the knowledge and skills to effectively navigate organizational transformations.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in the context of real-world change scenarios.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in the field of organizational change management, incorporating relevant insights into your teaching curriculum.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to create enriching learning experiences that bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Master's degree (or higher) in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate extensive professional experience in implementing and managing organizational change initiatives across various industries.
  • Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
  • Possess a deep understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
