We are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technologist to join our Anesthesia team at Guardian Veterinary Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with surgical procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with surgical preparations, patient recovery, and anesthesia procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Provide compassionate care to hospitalized patients and their pet parents
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with colleagues and pet parents to ensure effective communication and care
Requirements:
- Completed a Veterinary Technologist or Animal Health Technologist program
- Experience with CRIs, TIVA, and other advanced anesthesia techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
