Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technologist, RVT to join our Anesthesia team at Guardian Veterinary Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with surgical preparations, patient recovery, and anesthesia administration.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Provide compassionate care for hospitalized patients and their pet parents.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues and pet parents to ensure effective communication and care.
Requirements:
- Completion of a Veterinary Technologist or Animal Health Technologist program.
- Experience with CRIs, TIVA, and other advanced anesthesia techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for learning and growth.
