Food Service Manager

Atlas Food Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demands.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Hire and manage food service staff to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory and reduce costs.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that food is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
- 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
