Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GTA Home Developer Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring that all details are taken care of.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all team members are informed and up-to-date.
  • Supervision: Direct and control daily operations, supervise staff, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly.
  • Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures, plan and organize daily operations, and establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage contracts.
  • Training: Manage training and development strategies, answer electronic enquiries, and oversee the development of communication strategies.
  • Reporting: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Customer Service: Respond to employee questions and complaints, provide customer service, and maintain and manage digital databases.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance.
  • Transportation: Own transportation.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
