Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Farm Laborer to join our team at Wah Kiu Farm Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop care and harvesting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Care: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Harvesting: Hand harvest vegetables, fruits, and seedlings, and pack them for distribution.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to support crop care and harvesting activities.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain the work area, including greenhouses and other facilities.
  • Record Keeping: Write daily basic progress reports to track crop growth and harvesting activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
