Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to farm operations, including greenhouse cleaning, hand harvesting vegetables, and operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain greenhouses and farm equipment
  • Harvest and pack fruits and vegetables
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Sort and grade fruits and vegetables
  • Write daily progress reports
  • Clean and maintain work areas
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
