Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Laborer to join our team at Wah Kiu Farm. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to crop harvesting, cultivation, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hand Harvesting: Harvest vegetables and other crops by hand, ensuring high-quality produce.
  • Crop Cultivation: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Packaging: Pack fruits and vegetables for distribution to markets and customers.
  • Sorting: Sort fruits and vegetables to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Reporting: Write daily progress reports to keep management informed of tasks completed and challenges faced.
  • Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
