Director of Corporate Accounts - Commercial Real Estate Specialist

A seasoned commercial real estate professional with a focus on delivering exceptional results for national accounts. As a Director of Corporate Accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing real estate services provided to clients within a designated territory. Your expertise will be instrumental in negotiating real estate transactions, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and real estate professionals, and ensuring the accuracy of market intelligence provided to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate real estate transactions for clients leased and owned properties.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, landlords, and real estate professionals.
  • Ensure the accuracy of market intelligence provided to clients.
  • Communicate with Landmark team members, landlords, brokers, clients, and other real estate professionals as required.
  • Meet with clients and Landmark team members to strengthen relationships and gain a renewed understanding of client needs and objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of commissions/fees and review accounts regularly.
  • Provide monthly and annual commission revenue projections for budgeting purposes.
  • Participate in special projects and new business presentations.
