Job Title: Technical Sales Support

Electrozad Supply is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support professional to join our Inside Technical Team. As a core member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and supporting our strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support corporate sales teams with technical and specialist expertise.
  • Generate quotes, process orders, and create vendor POs to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, including product selection, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate special events and promotions.
  • Identify sales opportunities within assigned geographical areas and utilize CRM to track and follow up on cases.
  • Promote Electrozad Supply through local business communities and industry associations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a technical field (Electrical, Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
  • Previous inside and/or outside sales experience in the electrical industry is an asset.
  • Knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, and automation hardware/software products.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and respect.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
