We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Massage Therapy Studio Manager to join our team at The Touch Massage & Wellness Studio Inc.

Job Summary:

The Massage Therapy Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our massage therapy studio, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of massage therapists to ensure that they are providing high-quality services to our clients.
  • Client Service: Ensure that our clients receive exceptional service, including scheduling appointments, handling client complaints, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including managing inventory, controlling budgets, and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the spa or wellness industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
Work Environment:

The Massage Therapy Studio Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with clients, staff, and vendors on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and staff development.
