Job Title: Massage Therapy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Massage Therapy Manager to join our team at Touch Massage & Wellness. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of massage therapists to ensure they are providing high-quality services to our clients.
  • Operations: Plan and control the budget and inventory of our spa, including managing contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
  • Client Relations: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Business Development: Plan and organize daily operations, including managing staff schedules and ensuring that our spa is running efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Client-focused, efficient, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Work Environment:
  • Work Setting: Spa.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
